Coverage

This privacy policy applies to the Durangomountainresort.com (including skipurg.com, ridepurg.com, and any and all other website domains owned by Durango Mountain Resort) web site(s), hereinafter referred to as The Site.

Definitions of Types of Information

Personally identifiable information is information or other data that may specifically identify an individual user. In order for you to access certain services and to purchase services that we offer via the Site(s), we require you to provide us with such Personal Information. In certain special cases, we may disclose your personally identifiable information when we have reason to believe that disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be causing injury to you, or otherwise injuring or interfering with The Site rights, property or operations, or anyone else who could be harmed by such activities. We may also disclose your personally identifiable information when we believe the law requires it, or in response to any demand by law enforcement authorities in connection with a criminal investigation, or civil or administrative authorities in connection with a pending civil case, administrative investigation or investigation conducted by Durango Mountain Resort. Traffic Data

When you use our site, we collect Traffic Data, even if you have not registered with The Site. We use this information to personalize your experience our website and generally to improve our services. We share this Traffic Data with selected corporate partners.

Children/Family Filter

The Site is concerned about protecting the safety of the children who use our site. No third-party sites are covered by this Privacy Policy.
