Sharing space with Backcountry Experience is Kling Mountain Guides. Kling Mountain Guides (KMG) provides climbing, mountaineering and rock climbing services for individuals of all ages and abilities. From half-day family fun trips to multi-day instructional clinics and courses, Durango has rock climbing for everyone! Whether you have never been rock climbing before or you are an expert looking for some advanced rock rescue techniques, experienced instructors and guides at KMG can take you there. Kling Mountain Guides partners with the Durango Rafting Company to offer a Rock ‘N Raft adventure, consisting of a two-hour raft trip and a four-hour rock climbing excursion! Float the Animas River through the heart of Durango with professional raft guides who specialize in family rafting trips. Then switch from boats to ropes to scale the sandstone cliffs overlooking Durango and the beautiful Animas Valley with a professional and experienced mountain guide who will teach you the basics of rock climbing. |
