REFUND POLICY: PASSES WILL ONLY BE REFUNDED FOR VALID MEDICAL REASONS THAT PREVENT YOU FROM SKIING OR SNOWBOARDING. Any requests for a refund must be accompanied by a written verification signed by the attending physician. No refunds will be granted for any other reason. If a refund is granted, a $25 processing fee will apply. No refunds for any reason will be given after March 10, 2011. Passes are refunded on a percentage scale depending on REQUEST DATE - NOT USAGE. By purchasing your Season pass, you hereby agree to the terms and conditions set forth herein and the Refund Policy as shown.
