FINAL WEEK OF DISCOUNTED PURGATORY SEASON PASSES
Durango, CO - Snow has begun to fall at high elevations in southwest Colorado announcing the start of winter, and now is the time to buy Purgatory Mountain season passes. This is the final week to buy passes at discounted rates, with full winter prices in effect after October 15th. Adult season passes are on sale for only $729, a savings of $170 over in-season prices. College passes just $299, and kid's passes are only $259.
Winter season pass holders receive unlimited skiing and riding at Purgatory Mountain, as well as three free days at Taos, 10 days at Kirkwood and discounts at mountain restaurants and shops. Weekday and Flex passes are also available for discounted prices as well as the new Demo, Bus and Parking passes.
Purgatory will host a Sidewalk Gear Sale on October 15th, the final day of the season pass sale, in the parking lot of the downtown Durango Mountain Resort offices in the Centennial Center. Local ski and snowboard shops including Bubba's Boards, Purgatory Sports, Second Avenue, Inferno Snowboards, The Ski Barn, Hassle Free Sports, Boarding Haus, Pine Needle Mountaineering and Aztec Ski Rentals will be on hand with discounted gear from last year and new gear from the 2005/06 lines. Season Passes will be available for purchase at the swap, which runs from 9 am to 5 pm.
