Purgatory has teamed up with Burton to offer the Learn to Ride Program. The Learn to Ride program incorporates proven teaching methods with equipment created specifically for beginners to make learning to snowboard easy and fun for everyone. Important Information:
1. Register at the Ski and Ride School desk located 2nd level of the Village Center no later than 9:30am and 12:30pm.
2. Lessons begin promptly at 10am and 1:15pm.
3. Classes meet at the base area located outside the Village Center 15 minutes prior to the start time indicated.
4. Please arrive one hour prior to registration to be set up with rental equipment.
Kids Snowboard Lessons
Our programs offer children ages 6-12 the opportunity to ride with kids their own age and ability, make new friends, and explore the coolest trails. Our pros know how to make learning fun - so much fun that your kids will have a hard time saying goodbye at the end of the day. Full day and half day lessons are available. Full-day enrollment is recommended for younger children as experience has shown they progress more rapidly and retain a greater amount with a full day of lessons. Equipment available at Purgatory Ski and Board Rentals.

Reservation and Cancellation Policy
Reservations are highly recommended for children’s programs. A credit card is required to secure the booking. Reservations must be canceled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled lesson start time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled lesson will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.
