Total Adventure Ticket™*
The best way to make the most of your day in the mountains. Provides access to our most popular activities - one ticket gets you unlimited Alpine Slide rides, scenic chairlift rides*, disc golf, and mini golf; plus 1 climbs on the rock wall and 1 jump on the bungee tramp.
*To ride alone on the slide, a child must be 6 yrs. and at least 42" tall
Children must be at least 36 inches tall and 3 years of age to ride the lift.
We recommend all guests wear closed-toed footwear while riding the chairlift and the Alpine Slide.
Half day - $35...Half day is good for four hours

Alpine Slide*
Great fun for adults and kids alike! The chairlift takes riders and their 'toboggans' up the mountain for a descent of over half a mile. Each sled has a control stick that regulates the speed of descent, and there are two banked tracks, running side by side.

Scenic Chairlift*
The summer chair takes visitors from the base area through a peaceful mountain forest to the top of Angel's Tread. You can take a round trip ride, or hop off at the top and enjoy the spectacular views of the San Juan mountain range. Hiking trails criss-cross the mountain through meadows full of wildflowers.

Mini Golf
Our 18-hole miniature golf courses present a challenge for any age. Lush greens and unique obstacles stand between you and golfing immortality. We’ll supply the ball and putter, you bring the stroke.

Bungee Tramp**
Bungee Jump provides a safe and fun way for the entire family to experience "big-air" in the mountains. This exciting activity combines the adrenaline rush of a trampoline and bungee jumping in a safe and controlled environment.

**The bungee tramp have a minimum weight of 30 lbs. and a maximum of 180 lbs
Climbing Wall**
Feel like you've climbed Mount Everest. Our climbing walls feature three different routes, catering to beginner, intermediate and advanced climbers.

The Castle of Bounce
King Bounce is allowing kids 10 years and younger to enter the Castle of Bounce. Bounce, jump, hop and run around to your hearts content.

Disc Golf
If you don't know what disc golf is, it's just like traditional golf only you use a Frisbee (disc). Disc golf is easy to learn. Most people understand the principles of traditional golf and these carry over into disc golf. Beginners invariably find throwing a Frisbee much easier than striking a golf ball.
Durango Mountain Resort has nine holes of pure fun for beginners and seasoned players. The course begins and ends in the base area.
Guided Naturalist Hikes - Free
Guided Naturalist Hikes are a great way to learn about the natural environment at Purgatory. The San Juan Mountain Association offers free guided hikes every Tuesday and Sunday from 10 am to 2 pm during the summer.For more information and to register please call 385-1210.
Diggler Mountain Scooters*
Check out a new way to get down the mountain with Diggler Mountain Scooters--part mountain bike, part scooter, part snowboard. Digglers have an aluminum skateboard deck mounted on a scooter style frame with BMX wheels, suspension forks and mountain bike brakes. With the long wheel base and board carve-ability, these scooters handle as well as bikes, can go nearly as fast, and are easy for first-timers. Don't miss our special gravity fed Diggler Trail off the top of lift four. Diggler rentals are available at Purgatory Sports.

Hike with a Llama
Join the San Juan Mountains Association for a full day hike at Durango Mountain Resort with a Llama. The llama will carry wine, cheese and lunch for a mid-day picnic at a scenic overlook.

Adventure on horseback! Experienced wranglers will help you explore the San Juan National Forest & Cascade Canyon on a horse that fits your ability level. 1 hour, 2 hour, 1/2 day, and all day rides are available. Try the Sunset Dinner Ride - a 2 hour ride followed by Colorado steaks or chicken grilled over an open fire. Kids & special menu items also available. Durango Mining Company
Up in them there hills there's treasures to be found! So much treasure, that Durango Mining Company put it in bags so you don't have to go trapesin' all across the great San Juan Mountains to find em!
Come join us for a load of fun, a mother load mind you, at Durango Mountain Resort. Find Jems and even Fossils, and have a good time doing it.
Bags are $7 each.
This activity is not included in the Total Adventure Ticket.
Mechanical Bull
The ride will start at a mellow pace and increase to Pro Rodeo speed as the ride goes on. Unlike real bull riding this ride should last more than 8 seconds! The bull rides are $9 per ride and $6 per ride for guests with a Total Adventure Ticket or All-Season Pass holders.
